As some of you may (or may not) know, I'm always looking for ways to improve myself. A good way to do such a thing is to learn new languages.

I noticed that most of my followers speak fluent English but have some other mother tongue.

So, what I'd like you to do is to tell me how I could learn your native language on- line. I don't have much spare cash at the moment to pay for foreign language classes and, in all honesty, I think that's something one can learn using alternative sources.

So, if you know any good links that could help me learn your language, post away; I'm especially interested in French, German, Spanish and Italian. :)

First of, I love all of you. The way mothers love their children or chunky dudes love bacon. Actually, the way everybody loves bacon. Yeah, I'll go with that.

That being said, obviously, I have to pick ten.

So, here I go:

D4. This dude has some great taste in music. And he's versatile: a bit of rock here, a tad of ska there; this dude has it all. Also, the stuff he posts is, mostly, unknown to my ear. :)

GM soccer picks. As you can see, he writes about soccer. And we share the same passion for the game, so that's cool to me. But he's also more than that. Lately, he started with this series of soccer- based comics that are hands down hilarious. Worth a look, believe me. :)

Yeamie Waffles. Just like me, he writes about some everyday stuff. Unlike me, he writes a lot. His posts are massive, yet fluent. A lovely young lad. :)

The natural one. This dude, actually, is in touch with the nature. Not in a freaky way, though. He plants his tobacco and writes (mostly) about it. It's really cool to see the progress. :)

Tim. Wow. I believe all of you know him. He's a real life writer and a lunatic pope. Yeah. A lunatic pope. Imagine that. :D

Marina. A lovely young las that's (obviously ;D) a lifecoach wannabe. Most of her posts can improve your life in one way or another. :)

Copyboy. He's a wildcard. One thing's for sure, he'll show you some good fun. :)

So, a fellow blogger of mine, the young and talented Leila, has been trying to do a good thing lately.

A brother of her friend, Kei Usami, has suffered a spinal cord injury which left him paralyzed waist down. As you can imagine, the treatment for such an injury is a bit pricey. So his family needs all the help they can get.

What can you do?

Well, for starters, you might head over to the facebook support page and show the people they're not alone on this one.

And, maybe, you could spread the word; tweet, talk about it on your blog.

And, finally, maybe, just maybe, all of this will be seen by someone with some spare change in their pocket and we'll raise some money for the cause. You never know.

You may (well, you should) remember one of my older (actually, it was last week; maybe "recent" would be better?) posts where I started out with Haunter's illustration of my blog and ended up blabbering about my love for moustaches. You do? You don't? Well, it doesn't matter anyways. 'Cause, you know, nothing really matters, anyone can see...

What's that? Did I just quote the great queen of cool and the duke of awesomeness, Freddie Mercury? Why, I think I did!

How convinient! For, when Haunter asked us, the followers of his blog and the supporters of his magnificent work, to state what we'd like to see drawn in a silly manner only he can provide, I said: the manliest moustaches ever to walk this galaxy!
Also, on that note, do you think aliens have moustaches? O_o
But I digress.

When asked upon, this is what Haunter provided:

I'm guessing this is from the Live Aid 1985. concert, or the Queen 1986. concert, both held on Wembley. This is when the rock history was made. Freddie slayed.

On this one, there's really no doubt; this is Freddies everyday apparel. Nah, just kidding. This is from the Queen I want to break free video, released in 1984. Fun fact: the video was banned on American MTV (shame on you!) until 1991. 'cause Freddie and the gang wore women's clothing in it.

And this is Freddie simply being awesome. :D

I think Haunter was spot on with the looks; dear friend, thank you once again. :)

So, the other day, right after I spent a ridiculous amount of money on second hand books, I embarked on a little back- to- nature type of journey where I was accompanied by a couple of my mates.

One of those mates happens to own this cute little vineyard right in the middle of nowhere so the spur- of- the- moment decision was easily made and the sails were set.

The only problem was, if you can call that a problem at all, that we overrated both our drinking and eating capacities so we had too much of everything. That is the main reason why our one day trip became a six days trip.

That being said, the appropriate one- liner for today would be:

Kids, if you're gonna party like it's 1999, be prepared for the January the 1st 2000 hangover. -.-'

So, yeah, I'm back.
As this is a mad, mad world we live in, I'm guessing that some of you might have forgotten me by now. So, here's the scoop.
I'm a twenty- something years old mechanical engineering student. I have a girl, or the girl, as I choose to believe. I love to read but don't have time for it. I love to drink but don't have money for it. I love music. Rock, metal, old punk and all that is in between.
I love blogging.
The reason for my absence lays here. I had a huge problem getting my internet connection in order; took me a while, but here I am.
I blog about myself. What else is there to blog about, anyhow?
I try to sum up my days in single sentences. People are bussy and probably don't have time to read novels about my everyday life. But sentences... They love it.

No, this is not a one-liner. That being said, don't worry; I'll keep it short.
Found a flat. A good one, I believe.
The neighbourhood looks decent enough (I have yet to see but one crackhead roaming around) and it's relatively close to my college (my guess is twentyish minutes to half an hour via public transportation and dependant of traffic).
The apartment itself is neither small, neither large. Actually, for a bachelor pad, it is kinda big. But I don't mind.
And the owners seem like a really good folk. They're young, funny and they do seem fair. But time will tell on that one; I'm really gullible when it comes to people and their intentions.
The price... Well, it's in my price range. The midlle to high end of it. But it's actually a good price; between me and you, they could have gotten more dough for that place. Again, I'm perfectly happy with that.
But, don't worry; I'll find something wrong with this place soon enough.

EDIT:

In the light of certain comments made in this post by the author himself, I would like to state that I did not dress into or, by any means, try to impersonate a woman as a means of getting the apartment. I could never pull it off with my legs.
