Time/ money well spent!

I just found out that there's this cute little flea- market- books- only event being held just down my street so this day suddenly went from uneventful to uneventful with books! :)

  12. I go looking for yard sales and garage sales with my dad on the weekend sometimes and you can almost always find people selling their books off for 50 cents to a dollar each. It's really cool seeing what everyone has.

  13. Oh i fucking love flea markets. I buy so much crap from those places. Like you know, those old razor knives that you used to shave with. and bowls. So many bowls.

  18. i used to go to flea markets every weekend. somehow my euphoria stopped but you can find real treasures or just cheap stuff you think you need ^^

    So, I spent some serious money on those books. But I don't mind.
    Mostly Croatian authors that most of you never heard about. Like Jergović and such. Also, if you catch a copy of any of his books in a language you understand, read it. That dude has some skills.
    And I bought this lovely copy of The Decameron really cheap.
    Nothing beats the smell of old books. :)
