After watching the last episode of Friends (for, like, the 100th time, I reckon) I realized that, at one point in my life, there were summers whose end would break my heart.
OMG last month I watched all 10 series of Friends in one go. Took me a week.... Now I keep going back and just watching random episodes. I don't even like Friends that much!!
@all: You kinda missed the point here. The problem here is that when you're young enough or maybe even childish enough, the ending of summer can bring you to your knees. I miss that. That... Innocence? I believe Rude said it best (in the comment above mine), far better than I did.
I am watching friend on tv, Monica and Chandler are in love, is that near end?
ReplyDelete*Friends, not friend :D

I've watched Friends for like 100 times myself as well. One of the best shows no doubt.
ReplyDeleteAn end is just a new beginning, unless you're talking about the show "Joey", then it is pretty darn sad.

ReplyDeleteIt's more sad when you wake up one day and you realize to a certain extent, your summers are gone for good.
