Not long after I started running each day, I realized that most of my footwear is really uncomfortable; buying proper running shoes today.

  2. i know exatly what you mean. When I started, I would jog in all stars. Big mistake! Now I got some new balances that are light and comfortable. The shoelaces suck though, they always are coming untied.

  4. I hate having blisters on my feet. There is just no way to avoid the pain since you'll have to use your feet in one way or another.

  5. Once you buy shoes wear them for some time so you get comfy in them. I tried hiking brand new shoes, wow that was painful.

  13. Shoes are really important. Bad shoes will eff you up. Buy cheap anything but shoes, shoes should be quality.

  15. Never, never sacrifice quality for good looks! Buy what feels best for the price you can afford - don't choose something good looking but slightly more uncomfortable - trust me, it can lead to big injuries.
