Lately (well, for about a week now), I've been giving this 100 push ups program a shot and now, at the end of my week one (it's a six weeks program), I feel I can say that I'm, in fact, pretty satisfied; 100, here I come! :)

ReplyDeleteI tried the P90X program a while back with my brother. Man did it take everything out of me. BUT I had so much more energy it was crazy.
ReplyDeleteBe careful man, make sure you mix in other exercises or you will overtrain certain muscles and increase your chances of injuring yourself.

Years ago I discovered that if you lie on your back you can do thousands of push ups without any training at all....works for me
