  5. Good luck, its pretty easy though :) (ok, maybe not that easy, but being a culinary arts grad -studied it before going into economics school- the secret for good pizza is using fresh ingredients)

  12. +Good luck

Hope it comes out well, and that they love it so much that they force you into pizza slave labor for the remainder of you...well, okay, maybe a *pinches air* tad bit less than that.

  18. Isn't there that saying about sex being like pizza: when it's bad, it's still pretty good? You have nothing to worry about.

  23. In a restaurant I managed years ago, we did that all the time. Making pizza from scratch is messy, but easy as anything that can be made. Easy as PB&J but messier. Watch the sauce if you are making that yourself. Has to be perfect! Unless you are using bottled. don't use canned. . taste like can.

  24. are you keeping it simple or is it going to be like a gourmet pizza?

    ReplyDelete
  25. If I had a daughter and her boyfriend or girlfriend made me a pizza I'd be pretty sure they were a winner.

  26. simplicity is the best, you'll be fine!

  27. if You bought a premade and you ruin it you are bad :D

    ReplyDelete
  28. As long as you don't ruin the pizza it should be fine... otherwise her mother is going to hate you because you cant cook... i'm interested in reading about the outcome, following!

  29. No luck needed for that! that sounds like a fun time imo

  30. Don't worry about it. In my day, I've only seen .005 percent of pizzas done way wrong. I'm sure even if it's bad, she'll end up telling you that she liked it.

  31. pleasing the girlfriend and her mom = WIN!

  34. @all:
The pizza was great. It was not premade and I didn't order it. Nope. I made it myself!
I used all of the normal toppings. Some salami, gouda, gorgonzola, funghi, tomato juice, seasoning... Yummy! :)
