Push ups

Lately (well, for about a week now), I've been giving this 100 push ups program a shot and now, at the end of my week one (it's a six weeks program), I feel I can say that I'm, in fact, pretty satisfied; 100, here I come! :)

  10. I tried the P90X program a while back with my brother. Man did it take everything out of me. BUT I had so much more energy it was crazy.

  11. Be careful man, make sure you mix in other exercises or you will overtrain certain muscles and increase your chances of injuring yourself.

    I totally understand you ;) There are only 3 friends that know that Im blogging, and I dont want to tell to others, because they might start making fun of me... they just dont understand :( and if they dont know about my blog, then I can easily even gossip about them on my blog, LOL :) In case your girlfriend start to knowing about your blog, I hope she wont be jealous because you are talking with some girl - me :)

  35. Years ago I discovered that if you lie on your back you can do thousands of push ups without any training at all....works for me

    Did try writing that in a way that would't come of as obnoxious but I don't think its possible.
