Snap. :(

As some of you may know, I live in a country where the education doesn't come for free, but when I found out that my "bill" for this semester would be one average paycheck, I was a wee bit surprised, to say the least. -.-'

  9. Sorry to hear about that man. Just keep your head held up and work hard to justify the expenses, if you can afford this thing. Hope it all works out for you buddy, we need to pay for fees over here but we get a loan that doesn't require payment until you're in a £15,000 a year job so I don't know if loaning would be easy for you or not.

  14. I find it ridiculous how education is something that most people in this world still have to pay for. Information and education should be free.

  15. come to my country bro. Education here is mostly free but it sucks hard. So dont complain about the educational system in your country. Many people from my country would do anything to have what you are having now.

  16. @Linux that wouldn't surprise me about Vietnam's anything.

When it comes to the free world, the only countries where college is cheap/free is the Nordic countries and they have decent schools from what I hear. Finland got ranked best in education in the world.

  17. Here education is free if you pass all exams in time, if not, you pay, a lot.

  20. Hope everything turns out alright! My education was expensive as well! It was rough for a while...but totally worth it in the end!

  21. That's definitely depressing. My bachelor's and master's degrees were definitely expensive and it feels so good now to finally be making headway into paying off my loans! Next, we tackle paying off husband's law school loans!

  22. That sucks big time. Maybe you could join my pipe fixing army and make some extra cash to pay for it.

  23. In my book that's a good thing. Unless you are making a lot more than I think you are...in which case it shouldn't that big of a deal either haha

  24. I sure hope the education you're getting is worth the money you're paying. That sucks. :(

  25. Sorry to hear. That's a nice pic though!

  26. Yeah, it sucks but it could be worse. Just think of how much cash students at Harvard fork over...

  27. @all: I thought I was the only one, but now I see that it's a problem in other countries, too. Education should be free. :S
